about me
This is what I look like.
I’ve combined my passions for writing, creativity, design, TEch, and youth development to build 826 New Orleans, help other communities build at 826 National, develop resources and campaigns at the center for humane technology, and forge partnerships at youthtruth.

I live in Santa Rosa with my wife Heather and our sons Greyson and Amos. We watch a ton of basketball. We also enjoy the occasional trip to membership-only warehouse clubs.
I went to Emerson College in Boston. Here’s an old reel of stuff I made there. After graduating, I worked in film development with Red Hour Films in Los Angeles and Elephant Eye Films in New York. On the side, I was a contributing writer to The Onion and directed comedy videos like this one.
Ask me about the screenplays I’m working on, or the ones I’ve written with my friends: one is about a baby running for president, another is about the aftermath of a kaiju attack on a mid-sized American city.
